About Us

We started in the confectionery business in in 1996, with a stall at Covent Garden weekend Market, selling fudge and subsequently expanding the range to include chocolates.  The fudge recipe came from Mrs Beeton, and the chocolates were inspired by Roger Geerts' famous book, after a course at Staines University led by Phillipe Marand, a well known chef from the Belgian owned company, Coco Barry.

In 2004, we re-located to Alford in Lincolnshire, and became involved in Tastes of Lincolnshire, Alford Craft Market, and the many Fairs and events that happen in the county. Eventually, in 2007, we discontinued the the Covent Garden stall because of the pressure of keeping up with local demands.

Working in our large kitchen at home, which is regularly inspected by East Lindsey's health and safety department, and currently boasting their 3 star status. We used to supply our local sweetshop, Sweet Heaven, in Alford's South Market Place, with most of their chocolates, however in the spirit of true entrepreneurship, we have encouraged them to make their own, which they are doing successfuly.

We can be found at many the big events in Lincolnshire during the Summer months and coming up to Christmas.  We can also be contacted, and orders will be taken, by phone or visits to our adress at 4 Park Road.
